Place: St. Joseph boy’s Science Secondary School

On 13th of April 2018 the SMA mission community and the St. Joseph School Community bid the farewell to school Asst. hostel director brother Lanson Pinto. In the beginning students showed their love and respect to brother through welcoming him with school band marching and then Class vice Students presented handmade farewell cards to him and thanked him for his love and care during past two years. Former student Patrick presented the pencil portrayal of brother Lanson. On behalf of students the Student’s representative spoke farewell words about brother Lanson and bid farewell.

Thereafter school headmaster Fr. Victor Machado spoke words of appreciation and farewell and thanked brother Lanson for his selfless service in the school activities. Then Fr. Alwyn M. J. D’Souza, the mission superior spoke and thanked him for his many initiatives in the mission. Followed by all the Teaching and non-teaching staff members presented gifts and expressed their love. In response brother Lanson expressed his feelings and thanked all. Fr. Hilary Lobo, Fr. George Crasta, Fr. Samuel Mvati, Sr. Grecilda Cutinha and Mr. Moses were present for the farewell program. At the end deputy to headmaster Mrs. Leonardo Laghua thanked everyone.
