Palm Sunday Celebration at St. Joseph school

On 14th of April 2019, students of St. Joseph Boys’ Science Secondary School, Kituri, Mwanga celebrated the Palm Sunday in the school campus. Rev. Fr. Alwyn M. J. D’Souza was the main celebrant of the day. At 9.30 am all students gathered at the entrance of the school holding palm leaves and branches in their hand. Fr. Alwyn blessed the palms and then singing the hymns all students in the procession entered the hall.

In the mass Fr. Alwyn preached the significant of the Palm Sunday and Holy week and how we need to prepare and be ready for the Easter. School choir sang the melodious hymns and liturgy committee coordinated the liturgy. Mr. Prashanth coordinated the program.
