EASTER VIGIL 2017 at Kifaru Church

The Easter Vigil at Immaculate Conception of Mary Church, Kifaru began at 7.00 p.m. with blessing the light near the entrance of the church. Later along with the priests, the faithful entered the church. Rev. Fr. Jason Lobo sang the Exultet prayer. Rev. Fr. Hilary Lobo was the main celebrant of the ceremony and Rev. Fr. Victor Machado was the preacher of the day. During the ceremony three adults were baptized and welcomed to the Catholic Church. Br Lanson assisted on the Altar and Mr. Prashanth was capturing the photos and helping in light and sound system. The parish choir team led the choir. After the ceremony, lucky games were conducted by the youth for the parishioners. Later snacks and soft drinks were provided for all who gathered.
