The blessing and inauguration ceremony of newly built Hostel Dormitory building at St. Joseph Boy’s Science Secondary School was organized on Thursday 1st of December 2016. His Excellency Dr. Rogath Kimaryo C.S.S.Sp. the bishop of Catholic Diocese of Same led the prayer service and blessed the New Building.  

School Manager Rev. Fr. Alwyn M.J. D’Souza, School Headmaster Rev. Fr. Victor Machado, Spiritual Director Rev. Fr. Hilary Lobo, Hostel Warden Rev. Fr. Jason Lobo were present for the ceremony.

After the blessing ceremony, His Excellency Dr. Rogath Kimaryo C.S.S.Sp. celebrated the Holy Eucharist along with concelebrants. School students & sisters from Marian Convent, Kifaru led the beautiful choir.

After the Holy Eucharist a small stage program was organised to felicitate the Bishop, during this occasion he released the Students Hand Book/ Diary 2017. All students and teachers of St. Joseph Boy’s Science Secondary School were present for the program. After the program splendid meal was organised for all.
