On Sunday 3rd July the youth of Kifaru parish gathered together for day long spiritual activities at the premises of St. Joseph School. Day began with the Holy Eucharist along with the parishioners. Young people led the liturgy & Choir.

 

 

 

 


After the short tea breakRev. Fr. Benedict Cherumbe took the session on’ Youth-Life Partner – Family Life’. He gave inputs on the topic of qualities of life partner and how it leads to better family life. 

After the session Father prepared young people for the confessions through recollection, he spoke on the gift of Holy Spirit and how he saves us from committing sin. Many young people participated in the confessions. After the confession father led all young people with adoration of Blessed Sacrament and gave benediction.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


All felt joyful after these spiritual activities. Lunch was prepared for all participants. After the food young people enjoyed the gathering with music & dance. Rev. Fr. Alwyn M J D’Souza, Mission Superior & Parish priest Fr. Hilary Lobo planned all programs; young people executed all their responsibilities. 40 young people participated in the program.
