On 14th of March 2020 a half day training program was organized for the TYCS students of St. Joseph Boys Science Secondary School. School manager Rev. Fr. Alwyn M. J. D’Souza took the training sessions for the students. He took the sessions on YCS methodology, how to conduct cell meeting, YCS spirituality and value housie for the students. He motivated students to be positive in life and to do well to others. TYCS in charge teacher, Mr. Edwin was present for the program. Total 90 students took part in the training program; at the end TYCS leader thanked Fr. Alwyn.
