SÄMÉ Mission: Journey began Seven years ago

SÄMÉ Mission Journey began Seven years ago on 12.11.2012.

Fr. Ronald Pinto and myself left Mangalore and touch down on the African soil on 14.11.2012 Commissioned as Fidei Donum Missionaries of Mangalore Diocese to SÄMÉ Mission.

It was just a small step in to the unknown...and the rest is history of Blessings and Graces from the One who sent us. Though the journey was full of challenges and indeed the Lord Jesus, kept His promise “I will be with you....” and He has been a wonderful companion in our Faith Journey that was filled with awesome surprises.

Thanks for your support and prayer partnership. It’s the prayers of the faithful of our Mangalore Diocese for the Same Mission that kept us sailing.

May the Good Lord Bless our Bishop emeritus Aloysius P. D'Souza for his inspiration and vision and Bishop Peter Paul Saldanha for his consistent support and blessings along with Bishop Rogath Kimaryo for his guidance and support for this unique Fidei Donum, “Society of Mangalore Africa Mission (SMAM).

We with much gratitude and praise to God Remember the Cardinal, VG and the Faithful of Stockholm Diocese, Sweden and all the back donors who supported in our Spiritual, Educational, Socio-Economic and Health Mission in Empowering the people of The Catholic Diocese of SÄMÉ.

Praying that more and more young people be inspired to become missionaries to proclaim the Good News of the Kingdom of God.
