On 3rd of February 2018 the workshop of Spiritual/ Pastoral mission of SMAM was organized at St. Joseph School campus. All the members of Kifaru Parish Council including sisters from Marian Convent Kifaru participated in the workshop. Mission Superior Fr. Alwyn M. J. D’Souza, School Headmaster Fr. Victor Machado, Asst. Parish priest Fr. Jason Lobo, Bro. Lanson Pinto and Mr. Prashanth D’Souza were present for the program.  Parish priest Rev. Fr. Hilary lobo welcomed the participants and started the workshop with prayer session. Fr. Victor conducted the SWOT analysis and Mrs. Leonardo Laghua conducted the resource Mapping. Then Fr. Alwyn and Fr. Hilary led the action plan 2018-2020 sessions. Sr. Grecilda & Mr. Prashanth helped in preparing the reports and documents.
